The Shire of Koorda is currently updating its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP).

The DAIP sets out the Shire’s commitment to making our community a welcoming and inclusive place for everyone to enjoy. The Shire of Koorda is committed to ensuring that people with disability, their family and carers can access Council facilities, information, functions and services.

We welcome feedback from people with disability, carers, families, service providers, and all community members.

By completing this questionnaire you can help us identify any issues of access and inclusion that affect yourself, your family and carers. Your responses will remain anonymous and will guide improvements across the Shire.
