Telstra Mobile Phone Service

Telstra has switched on the new mobile phone tower east of town on Saturday 27th April 2013. At this time, the current temporary service in town will be turned off and the small tower removed.

It is anticipated that the new tower will provide good coverage for all of the town, however Telstra have requested that the mobile coverage in town be monitored.  If there are any issues with the service provided by the larger tower, a small tower in town may be considered.

If you have any issues with getting a mobile tgelephone signal, please advise the Shire of Koorda staff so that it can be recorded and the concerns raised with Telstra.
