RATE CONCESSIONS
Pensioners and Seniors who meet certain criteria and hold valid cards are entitled to claim a rebate of up to 50% off the current years rates and emergency services levy charge (ESL).
In order to quality for a pension/senior rebate you must be the owner and occupier of the property at 1st July of the financial year.
Concessions Available
Seniors card only holders are entitled to receive up to 25% rebate on rates and ESL.
Seniors card and Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holders are entitled to receive up to 50% rebate on rates and ESL.
Penioner Concession Card or State Concession Card holders are entitled to receive up to 50% rebate on rates and ESL.
Apply for a Concession
To apply for a concession, submit a completed form (available at the Shire of Koorda or Water Corporation) together with a photocopy of your concession card to either the Shire of Koorda or Water Corporation or click here to apply online.
