Our Council

The Koorda Shire Council has seven elected members, who represent the interests of the electors and make policy decisions, with staff that provide the resource and carry out the work that is required to implement the decisions and direction of Council and ensure statutory compliance of Acts and Regulations administered by the Shire. Normally, each Councillor is elected for a term of four year, with vacancies occurring every two years.
